Our third party provider (Savy Agency/Campaign Monitor) is used to send out our enewsletter communications to identified contacts (existing or potential clients and referrals) whose details we have gathered. Via Savy Agency/Campaign Monitor, we are able to gather statistics related to email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies such as clear gifs. This assists us in helping to monitor and improve our enewsletter communications. If you subscribe to an e-mail newsletter from C&D llp, we will use the registration information that you submit to send you the newsletter(s) you request. We may also e-mail you messages and other newsletters containing information which we believe may be of interest to you. If you register for an event with C&D llp, we will use the registration information that you submit to process your request and send you additional information about the event.
