Effective today, we have made the difficult decision to close our office to outside visitors and clients until further notice. If an effort to avoid face-to-face meetings we plan to communicate electronically via email, telephone or video conferencing. We also request you to utilize our secure portal or secure email to electronically send and receive documents. Other options would be to send documents via fax or you may use the drop slot located by our downstairs staff entrance to drop off necessary paper documents. As the mail service may be slow during this period, please contact us before mailing urgent materials for updated instructions.
