Founded in Solvang in 1966.

Our firm was founded in Solvang in 1966 by Richard Christensen. In the beginning, the firm specialized in agricultural businesses ranging from vineyards to cattle and horse operations. As the winery market grew, so did C&D. The firm branched into estates and trusts as well as real estate in the 80s.

C&D has grown from a team of 3 to 35, and we have expanded to service estates and trusts, real estate, and vineyards and wineries in addition to our management and core CPA services. Today, we are one of the largest CPA firms on the Central Coast with services well beyond the traditional scope of other practitioners.
